More of a menace off the course than on it, he was only ever a threat if named as your playing partner. With a 153 average Fuller was just happy to play because of his love of sculling piss, until he caused the biggest upset in Thirsty Cup history with victory in the Raglan knock-out tournament.
Sadly this was his last appearance, (some would say praise the lord). However, more than 20 years later the Thirsty Cup community still await his return like the second coming of the Messiah
